Does it integrate with my EMR? ▾

No — by design. Matilda is a copy/paste workflow on purpose. You decide exactly what lands in the patient record. Works alongside Best Practice, Medical Director, Cliniko, Genie, and others.

Is it a medical device? ▾

No. Matilda is administrative software for transcription and note drafting. The clinician reviews and edits all output before any clinical use. We rely on the TGA's exclusion for purely administrative software. See Trust.

What does it cost? ▾

Free during early access while we gather feedback from clinicians like you. We'll let you know before that changes.

What if my wifi drops mid-consult? ▾

Matilda retries automatically (up to 5 times with backoff) and saves your draft locally every few seconds. If your laptop sleeps or you close the tab, you'll see a "Resume?" banner the next time you open it.

Who do I talk to? ▾
